Before I was an Internet guy, I was a LAN guy. I am a Network Administrator by schooling, but over the years through on-site experience I have become a Systems Administrator. I have a strong background in network security and hope to be able to help some people out who are out and about on the net.

Since I have been on the internet so much more, I have seen many new and interesting ways for malicious users to get into systems. Whether it be by a malicious email, compromised website, OS vulnerability, or even just a program vulnerability, I have seen it all. It used to be just Adware, then Spyware, then Malware, but now you have a host of bad things for your computer out there and just an Anti-Virus or Firewall is not enough anymore.
